Products Covered by Our Lifetime Warranty
Our Lifetime Warranty applies to eligible non-electronic Big-A-Cables products, including cable, wire, connectors, wall plates, and other passive installation accessories.
This may include eligible Ethernet cable, speaker wire, alarm wire, control cable, thermostat wire, patch cables, and other low-voltage cabling products.
Warranty coverage may vary by product. Please review the individual product page to confirm the warranty provided with a specific item.
Electronics Products
Electronics products are not covered by the Big-A-Cables Lifetime Warranty. Electronics follow the separate warranty period and terms stated on the individual product page.
What the Lifetime Warranty Covers
The Lifetime Warranty covers eligible products that fail under normal use because of defects in materials or workmanship.
What Is Not Covered
The Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper installation or incorrect use
- Accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Cutting, physical damage, or improper storage
- Environmental conditions beyond the product’s stated rating
- Use outside the product’s specifications or intended application
Warranty Resolution
After confirming that a product qualifies for warranty coverage, Big-A-Cables may provide a replacement or refund the product’s original purchase price.
Proof of purchase may be required. Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased directly from Big-A-Cables or an authorized Big-A-Cables seller.
