At Big-A-Cables, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we proudly offer a straightforward and convenient return process.
You may return your purchase for any reason within 60 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the product price (shipping charges are non-refundable).
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, all products must be:
- Returned 100% complete
- In original condition
- Packed with all original boxes, packaging materials, manuals, plastic caps, accessories, and documentation provided by the manufacturer or Big-A-Cables
Additional charges may apply if items are returned incomplete or not in their original packaging.
Return & Refund Process
1. Contact Customer Service
Please provide your original order number, the product(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and your contact information.
2. Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the item to prevent damage during transit. Include:
- A copy of your original invoice
- Your contact information (email or phone)
- A brief note with any additional details
3. Ship Your Return
Send the package using your preferred shipping carrier to the address below.
4. Processing Time
Returns are typically processed within 7 business days after the product is received.
Fees & Refund Details
✅ No restocking fee for items returned within 60 days in new, unopened condition.
⚠️ 15% restocking fee applies to:
- Opened but unused items returned within 60 days
- Any returns submitted after the 60-day period
❗ Original shipping costs incurred to deliver your order are non-refundable.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, you may exchange it for the correct item or return it for a full refund. Please contact Customer Service to confirm eligibility before sending the item back.
Opened or Used Items
Opened, Unused: Eligible for a refund within 60 days, less original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
Opened & Used / Installed: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been installed or used, as they are no longer resalable.
Return Shipping Recommendation
We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance. Please save your tracking number and consider emailing it to us so we can monitor the return. Big-A-Cables is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
