Connect your speakers to an AV receiver or amplifier with this 12AWG 2-conductor speaker wire in a clear PVC jacket. The transparent design keeps cable visually unobtrusive along baseboards, shelving, and cable trays — a practical choice for living rooms, home theaters, and desktop setups where a white or colored cable would be visually distracting in a finished space.
12AWG handles runs up to 200 feet to 8-ohm speakers with minimal resistance, making it the right choice when you need more headroom than 14AWG or 16AWG wire provides. Flexible stranded construction makes routing around obstacles and behind furniture easy. One conductor carries a stripe for polarity identification — connect the striped conductor consistently to positive (+) at both the amplifier and speaker for correct phase across all speakers. Each spool is PE wrapped to prevent kinking in storage.
Note: This cable does not carry a CL2 or CL3 fire-safety rating and is not approved for in-wall installation. For permanent in-wall runs in residential buildings, use the CL2-rated version of this wire.
