Run four conductors for bi-wire speakers, impedance-matching volume controls, and dual in-wall speaker pairs with this 16AWG 4-conductor OFC speaker wire. CMR and CL3R rated for in-wall and riser installations in residential and commercial buildings. The 16AWG gauge is the right choice when four conductors are needed for installations where runs are 50 feet or less per speaker pair to 8-ohm speakers — background music zones, secondary surround fills, and dual in-ceiling speaker runs within a room.
At 0.248 in. OD and 27 lbs per 500ft, this is the thinnest and lightest 4-conductor OFC speaker wire in the lineup — meaningfully smaller than the 14AWG 4C version (0.315 in., 42 lbs). Four individually color-coded conductors make termination fast and accurate at bi-wire speaker terminals, volume control units, and amplifier outputs. Nylon ripcord strips the jacket cleanly at every connection point.
