Rack Shelves & Drawers

Shop rack shelves and drawers for organizing equipment inside network racks and server cabinets. Choose from fixed shelves, cantilever shelves, sliding shelves, and rack-mount drawers for switches, routers, AV equipment, small electronics, tools, accessories, and other non-rack-mount devices.

Rack Shelves & Drawers for Network Racks and Server Cabinets

Rack shelves and drawers help organize equipment that cannot be mounted directly to standard rack rails. They are commonly used in network racks, server cabinets, AV installations, security systems, telecom spaces, and structured cabling environments.

Big-A-Cables offers rack-mount shelving and storage solutions for equipment such as routers, modems, small switches, AV components, security devices, power supplies, tools, accessories, and other non-rack-mount equipment.

Fixed and Cantilever Rack Shelves

Fixed and cantilever shelves provide a stable platform for equipment that does not include rack-mount ears. They are a practical option for supporting network devices, AV components, security equipment, and other electronics inside a standard 19-inch rack or cabinet.

Sliding Rack Shelves

Sliding rack shelves allow equipment to be pulled forward for easier access, maintenance, installation, or servicing. They can be especially useful in enclosed server cabinets or installations where access to the rear of equipment is limited.

Rack-Mount Drawers

Rack-mount drawers provide enclosed storage for tools, cables, adapters, documentation, spare parts, and other accessories that need to stay organized and accessible near network or server equipment.

Drawers can help reduce clutter inside equipment rooms and keep frequently used items stored directly in the rack.

Choosing the Right Rack Shelf or Drawer

When selecting a rack shelf or drawer, consider the rack width, rack-unit height, shelf depth, weight capacity, mounting style, equipment dimensions, and available clearance inside the rack or cabinet.

Always confirm that the shelf or drawer is compatible with the rack configuration and can safely support the equipment being installed.

Complete Your Rack Installation

Pair rack shelves and drawers with compatible network racks, server cabinets, cable managers, patch panels, rack accessories, and Ethernet cabling to build a clean, organized, and professional installation.
