Run four-function control wiring through plenum spaces with this 18AWG 4-conductor unshielded stranded bare copper control cable. Rated CMP and CL2P, it meets the highest indoor fire safety standard and is approved for air-handling spaces above suspended ceilings, below raised floors, and in risers and walls in residential and commercial buildings.
Four color-coded conductors (Black, Red, White, Green) let you handle power, signal, status, and auxiliary functions over a single cable run to a single device — reducing the number of cables needed in conduit and cable trays in commercial ceiling installations. The unshielded design keeps cost and diameter lower for installations without significant EMI from power lines, motors, or industrial equipment. A built-in ripcord enables fast, clean jacket removal at every termination point.
