FPLR-rated shielded fire alarm cable for vertical riser runs in shafts and between floors. FPLR is the riser rating under NEC Article 760 — required wherever fire alarm circuits run vertically through more than one floor. FPLR substitutes for FPL; FPLP substitutes for FPLR.
AL-foil shield with drain wire blocks EMI from motors, HVAC, and electrical panels — the right choice for large buildings and any installation where signal integrity is critical. 18AWG is the thinnest gauge in this shielded range, lightweight and easy to route in shorter riser runs.
