Field-terminate Cat6 and Cat5e solid UTP cable with these 8P8C RJ45 modular plugs. The easy-crimp design includes a loading bar insert that guides and aligns all 8 conductors before the plug is seated and crimped — making accurate termination of 23AWG Cat6 solid cable significantly faster and more consistent than standard single-piece plugs where each conductor must be individually aligned.
Cat6 cable uses larger 23AWG solid conductors that are stiffer and harder to seat uniformly in a standard RJ45 plug. The loading bar holds all conductors in the correct T568A or T568B order before the plug body is pushed on, reducing mis-terminations on tighter Cat6 conductor bundles. Clear housing provides visual verification that all conductors are fully seated before the final crimp. 50-micron gold contacts resist corrosion for long-term reliable connectivity.
