Cat6A FTP shielded plenum ethernet cable combines aluminum foil shielding with CMP/FT6 fire certification — the most demanding Cat6A configuration for interference-heavy spaces. Required by code above ceilings and raised floors. Supports 10G Base-T and PoE/PoE+/PoE++ up to 100W.
FEP insulation produces less toxic smoke than PVC and meets the stricter CMP flame-spread requirements. AL-foil with a drain wire wraps all four pairs for groundable EMI shielding — unshielded UTP would degrade signal here. A spline separator adds a second crosstalk layer. FTP requires shielded RJ45 and grounding.
